Breastfeeding provides significant health benefits and we're here to provide mothers with the resources and support they need - including education, professional and peer support, and access to breast pumps.

On July 30, 2024, the County of El Dorado Board of Supervisors proclaimed August as Breastfeeding Awareness Month, recognizing the benefits of breastfeeding and the programs that educate, support, and promote breastfeeding in El Dorado County.
